12 DAYS OF XMAS SPECTACULAR

It has become a tradition here: organising the exciting “IxCHeL 12 days of Christmas Fundraiser event” every year !

The IxCHeL Twelve days of Christmas Fundraiser 🎄 is starting on December 1st and will be on every day at 12pm AEDT ❤️ ❤️

Every day, for the first 12 days of December at 12 pm AEDT, we will be offering something special, OOAK or something just plain fluffy and fun ❤️
Sometimes there will be more than one item, Sometimes only one.

10% of the sales will be donated this year to wildlife conservation ! After the horrible 2020 bushfire devastation across Australia, the extreme floods and the dangers of global warming on our rare and beautiful wildlife, we felt that we wanted to help in some way, so we donate 10% of sales to the Healesville Sanctuary/Zoos Victoria , who are doing a fabulous job fighting extinction. The way we care for our animals and nature will be one of the most important legacies: “What we do in life, echoes in eternity”.

The “12 days of Christmas” offerings will be revealed every day from December 1st to December 12th at 12 pm AEDT !!!

Stash your Christmas Goodies til the end of the Event: If you want to Stash your 12 days of Christmas goodies until the end (or anywhere in between!) of the 12 Day fundraiser: that is a possibility. The first purchase you make in store will be charged a base shipping rate. If you would like to stash your 12 days of Christmas goodies until the fundraiser event is over, add a NOTE to your first order "PLEASE STASH" and we will email you a code so you can add it to any future 12 days of Christmas orders, then you won't have to purchase shipping every time when placing an order. If don't get an email from us with your code within a few hours of your purchase please contact us, glitches do occur here and within the ether world! At the end of the Fundraiser we will calculate the total weight and if any extra shipping costs need to be added to your total, we'll contact you. Total postage cost is based on total weight of parcel to be shipped, the first shipping charge does not reflect what your final shipping cost may be. Stash rules apply.

Packaging: All the 12 days of Christmas parcels will be packaged in Christmas paper so you can put it under your Christmas tree for anybody you want or gift it to yourself.

Shipping: All 12 days of Christmas parcels will be shipped the next day after order/payment unless you add a note "Please stash" and then your parcel(s) will be combined until the conclusion of the 12 days of Christmas fundraiser event on the 12th or until you tell us to go ahead and ship all the goodies to you.

As for post, it's all looking peachy, Aust Post are indicating we'll be within their deadlines for delivery dates. you can read the delivery dates below or if you want further details: Auspost Xmas Times.

If you would like to receive your 12 days of Christmas BEFORE Christmas, the Australia Post deadlines are as follows:

*VIC Parcel Post:

to: VIC, NSW, QLD, SA, TAS & ACT

is the 20th December.

to WA is 18th December.

to NT is 16th December.

#VIC Express Post:

to: ALL States

is **23rd December.

Overseas : Australia Post cut off dates for delivery before Christmas is the 6th December. If you wish you can choose Express Post with a cutoff of the 13th December! We have looked at several regular (to us!) overseas destinations and have indicated the earliest country. Your country may have a later date than this, however, as always this may not allow for any delays to the customs and border checks upon arrival.

Please NOTE Canadian Post is currently experiencing strike action and all standard services are currently suspended. Once lifted we will post your XMAS parcels but you shouldn't expect a quick delivery with bottlenecks likely to occur between now and Xmas!

*The further you live from a capital city please allow a few extra days to these times.

**23rd Dec is from Metro Melb, which we are not, so Friday the 20th Dec for interstate customers would be the recommended cutoff date.

#The express post times (seem to) provide very slim margins for error from Australia Post in our opinion, so obviously we cannot guarantee these delivery times, however, as in previous years we'll endeavour to post all 12 Days of XMAS by Friday the 13th December. Any delays in extra postage payments may delay postage until Monday the 16th Dec or if excess shipments need to be packed.

As always we cannot guarantee that your 12 days of Christmas goodies will be delivered before Christmas. But that doesn't mean you cannot celebrate AFTER Christmas and join in the fun ! We will do our utmost to get the parcels shipped asap after receiving your 12 days of Christmas order and payment.
