Club Member Stash codes are for adding extra orders into one (1) parcel for shipping every month with your club subscription. Club Stash codes can be used as many times as you like subject to the conditions described here;

You must be subscribed via email to receive the stash code. The newsletter link can be found on every page of our website at the bottom, it is a 2 step process. Provide you email address and then confirm via the email sent to the address provided.

Each Club Stash code is valid for one (1) club customer only and is not transferable to other customers. Club membership discounts shall be redeemable by the shipping address holder not the purchaser. 

Club Stash code applies after your Club purchase, as this purchase contains your initial shipping cost and begins from the 1st day of the club quarter you have signed up for.

Club Stash codes come in the form of a discount shipping code to be used at checkout in the IxCHeL online Shop. They are only valid for the purchase of IxCHeL- and LotBD- products excluding the 12 DAYS of XMAS event, Navajo Spindles and Club renewals. Club Stash Codes are NOT valid for use with Ashford Products and Landscape Dyes.

Customers who choose to have their clubs shipped together in the third month of subscription can be included, but excess postage may apply.

For overseas customers postage is limited to 500 grams per parcel per month, including the club. A quarterly subscription, the limit is to the nearest 500 grams above your purchased weight, including the club. Excess postage charges may apply based on your purchase(s).

Club Stash Codes are valid for the duration of the quarterly club you are a member of until the packing of the third installment. When renewing your Club subscription please renew separately from other orders, don't use the code when renewing your subscription.

 If you have already signed up for the next quarterly club subscription the code remains open and available until the new code takes effect. This is a Standard or Parcel Post service, if you want an upgrade to Express Post, please contact us to confirm any extra charges

If you make a purchase during the Club Stash period but do not use the Discount Code, we will ship your order. If you want to change this prior to us posting your order please contact us as soon as possible, the excess postage costs will be provided back to you as a store credit valid for 12 months. This may incur an admin fee to administer this process.

If for any reason you wish to cancel Club stash purchases, we reserve the right to deduct any fees charged to us for your purchase(s). We may also apply a restocking fee. Refunds will be returned to you with the same payment method that you used for your purchase. Alternatively, you can ask for a store credit which we can make to you at any time. Store credits are valid for 12 months.

If you move during the quarterly club cycle, please update your delivery details on our website, and YOU must notify us by email, providing your new address and the effective date of change. Otherwise Aust Post offers a mail redirection service. Any extra postal fees incurred due to a parcel being returned if you have moved, or for any other reason outside of our control, during the club cycle will be passed on to you. The shop is not linked to the Aust Post website. 

We obtain the right to withdraw, change and/or cancel Club Stash Codes at any time. But we will honour all orders received upto that point.
